MANAGEMENT TEAM:

Rambabu (Bobby) Yarlagadda is President & CEO. He has 20+ years of experience in managing Accounting, Finance, Planning, IT, Procurement, Facilities Management and HR functions and processes at a number of premier Fortune 500 companies (Pepsi-Cola, Beatrice Foods, Sara Lee, Taco Bell), Entertainment, Software, Internet & Media companies (Living Books, Narrative communications, Upside Media) and Oil & Gas companies (Trans Alaska Pipeline). He was CFO or Controller of business units or independent companies ranging in size from a startup to $1.2 Billion in annual revenue. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is certified by Oracle Corporation as Oracle Master™.

Bill Brown is Director of Staffing Services. He has spent 30 years in the IT industry in senior sales, marketing, product development, and human resources roles. In the last 10 years, he has focused on identifying and meeting IT and functional resource requirements for IT and software development organizations with an IT staffing firm, and as HR Director and Staffing and Compensation Manager for a software development organization. His prior efforts included leadership of IBM channel marketing efforts with application software partners, pioneering IBM sales effort in the OEM peripherals business which led to IBM's first $10M sale, and major roles in defining IBM storage system products and bringing them to market. He earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a B.S. in Engineering from University of California, Davis.
